How does Dental Pass differ from Dental Insurance?
Dental Pass is a discount plan and not a dental insurance. Under this program, you are expected to pay dentists directly based on a discounted fee schedule. Unlike traditional dental insurance programs, there are no waiting periods and no annual maximums. Discount plans, such as Dental Pass, allow for unlimited use of services by using a dental network consisting of all Two Rivers Dental affiliated practices. The fees you pay are based on a discounted fee schedule are due at the time of service.
How much can I save using the Plan?
The plan covers two free Cleanings, two free Exams, and one free X-Ray per year. That is a savings of $500.00 right away. In addition, members save between 30% to 60% on all major and minor dental work. See full fee schedule for a complete list of dental services and their associated fees.
What am I expected to pay the dentist for dental services?
At the time of service, you are expected to pay dentist fees based on the accompanying discounted fee schedule. Of course, two Cleanings, two Exams and one X-Ray are included free of charge.
Can I cancel my membership after I sign up?
Yes, the membership can be cancelled at any time. There is no contractual commitment of any kind. The membership fee is non-refundable. Once cancelled, the membership cannot be re-activated unless you pay the membership fees again.
Who can I include in the plan?
You can include up to four members in the same household in the Dental Pass plan.
